The Requests module is a Web component that integrate easily in the company website or intranet. All employees, clients or any other actor can use it to submit work orders and track their evolution directly based on Senergy's data.

It is an extremely flexible module that can replace a call centre while increasing customer satisfaction.

 

Senergy cmms software will control all planned actions, which must be periodically repeated to maintain equipment in perfect working condition. Senergy generates the work orders for every maintenance team and automatically manages conditional and predictive maintenance by using the data provided by your measurement instruments. Senergy handles all repair operations pertaining to the equipment and allows regrouping and performing all actions considered necessary after a malfunction.
