Following are frequently asked questions concerning Senergy EAM / CMMS
9. Can you deny users access to certain screens or features?
Access rights can be configured by the system manager for every user or type of user. A specific management screen for these authorizations is used to define the type of access of each user for each Senergy screen. Standard roles (types of users) are already defined in this management screen.
10. What happens if the Senergy database is full?
ORACLE™ is the database used by Senergy. This database is extendable. When Senergy is installed, space is allocated to it on the hard disk. If that space is completely full, it just needs to be increased. The size of the Oracle™ database is thus only limited by the size of the hard disk.
11. Can you generate statistics on the frequency of completed preventive and corrective maintenance?
Senergy provides more than 175 printed reports, making it possible to produce ALL desired statistical information in real time, according to specific criteria and concerning all types of data (equipment, maintenance, inventories, orders, etc.)
12. Can you enter information on the quality of services provided by suppliers?
Evaluation data is recorded in Senergy for each supplier. These spec sheets contain various criteria used to ascertain the quality of the supplier. Based on this recorded evaluation information, a supplier can be accepted or rejected by the user.
