Following are frequently asked questions concerning Senergy EAM / CMMS
1. Can you insert a photo or a drawing in the equipment or item spec sheet?
You can insert photos and drawings in an equipment spec sheet at any time. The associated photo will appear when you open the equipment or item spec sheet. The map will be accessible through a click on the equipment screen.
Can Senergy associate a document created with a Windows application (Excel, Word, Autocad, etc.) with a maintenance task or a piece of equipment?
The Oracle™ database used by Senergy enables the software to communicate with and open any file, created by any application. It is thus possible to associate a document (created in a different application: Excel, Word, Autocad, etc.) with any screen in Senergy, and to open and/or print the document from Senergy.
3. Can you customize the Senergy menu ?
Senergy has a "floating menu" enabling any user to create their own menu from any of the screens available in Senergy. This menu is displayed automatically as soon as the user starts up the software. The floating menu can be updated at any time, depending on the evolution of the user's activity.
4. Can you customize equipment spec sheets?
The Senergy user can define and create 20 personalized specification fields within equipment spec sheets for each type of equipment in use. This allows them to enter all technical information necessary concerning their equipment.
