In the days when the earth turned at a more leisurely pace, and people still had time to live, our grandparents passed on their wisdom to us in sayings. It made sense then to say, "Slow and steady wins the race"!
Today, we live in the age of productivity and competitiveness. We hardly have the luxury today of going "slow and steady". We must learn to optimize! Today we would rather say: "fast, with the least halts and greatest fuel economy, wins the race".
For the last twenty years, we have been developing solutions to manage and optimize maintenance and assets. We firmly believe that only with the right tool and maintenance strategy can businesses continue to produce more, while decreasing their operating costs.
At IFCS, we produce that tool! "

IFCS - Senergy / Fleury Hospital
The Fleury Hospital serves a population of 150,000 living in the North of Montreal.
It receives about 5000 patients per year and employs more than 850 people. It provides general and specialized healthcare services, as well as psychosocial, preventive, and rehabilitation services.
Building maintenance (10 floors) is the responsibility of the property department which manages all preventive and corrective maintenance operations for all hospital equipment using Senergy software.
The Requests module allows all employees to submit a service request through the hospital intranet. Each request is forwarded by Senergy to the supervisor concerned, who plans the action to be performed and assigns it to an internal maintenance team or external subcontractor.
The follow-up, status update, and closing of the request are performed in Senergy. The employee can access all information about the request from the Requests module, and thus check its progress at any time. Encrypted information on completed maintenance or service requests are associated with the equipment and departments concerned.
All historical and statistical information related to completed maintenance operations is available to managers in the form of dashboards, printable on request (more than 120 printed reports available) based on multiple criteria. The costs associated with these operations (parts, labour, etc.) can be allocated to one or more specific cost centres.
Inventory management performed by Senergy enables Fleury Hospital to accurately predict needs in replacement parts for scheduled maintenance and thus effectively manage inventory. Twenty hours of training taken during a 12 week period was enough for the hospital maintenance supervisor to master all features of Senergy.
